An election is to be held of a Councillor for the Central ward (ONE seat) of Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council. Nomination papers must be delivered to COUNTY HALL, LLANDRINDOD WELLS, on any day after the date of this notice, but not later than 4 p.m. on the 22 MARCH 2019.
