Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council 5-Year Strategy & Plan 2018-2023 was approved by Full Council at the end of 2018.
This project was part funded by Powys County Council. The Town Council undertook public consultation during the summer of 2018 and the final plan recommended by Strategy & Corporate Projects Committee was approved by Council on 22nd October.
