DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
location: Newtown & Llanllwchaiarn
grade: LC2A (Scale points 29 to 32) £33,486 to £36,371 pro-rata
hours: 27.5 hrs pw Monday to Friday, evening work will be required
To implement the development aspects of the Town Council’s strategy and plans by undertaking
projects, and will be marketing the town, providing public relations, and providing events.
Duties include the delivery and administration of the Council’s Community Engagement, Projects,
Marketing, Public Relations, Events, and working with Council and Committees.
Applicants will be able to join a strong team in a forward-looking organisation, educated to
National Qualification Framework Level 5 (foundation degree/ diploma or equivalent), be
supportive, self-motivated, flexible, and able to demonstrate commitment with ability to
motivate others.
